Because our templates, forms, guides, and other digital products are delivered electronically and are typically available immediately after purchase, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to downloadable materials and waive any right to cancel or request a refund except as expressly provided in this Policy.
All fees paid for consultations, document reviews, revisions, and other limited-scope services are earned upon purchase and are non-refundable. By purchasing these services, you reserve attorney time and Firm resources that are allocated specifically to your matter, whether or not you ultimately use the scheduled consultation or submit documents for review.
Exceptions
We may, in our sole discretion, issue refunds, credits, or replacements in limited circumstances, including duplicate purchases, technical delivery failures, corrupted files that cannot be replaced, or other exceptional situations that we determine warrant relief.
No Guarantee of Results
Refunds will not be provided based on dissatisfaction with the legal outcome of your matter, your decision not to use the purchased materials or services, your failure to attend a scheduled consultation, or your determination that a template, consultation, or document revision is not suitable for your specific circumstances or jurisdiction.
