Upon payment of all applicable fees, the Firm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Digital Products for your personal use or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, or share any Digital Product or download link with any third party. You may not remove copyright notices, claim ownership of the materials, or use the Digital Products in violation of applicable law.

The Firm may offer optional paid consultations, document reviews, and revisions to templates or documents you provide. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written engagement agreement, these services are provided on a limited-scope basis and are restricted to the specific service purchased. The scope of any consultation or revision is limited to the time, deliverables, and subject matter described at the time of purchase.

The Firm reserves the right to decline to provide Limited Services, including where conflicts of interest exist, the matter falls outside the Firm’s practice areas, or additional information is required.

Purchasing or using a Digital Product, scheduling a consultation, or purchasing a document review or revision does not, by itself, create an ongoing attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only if the Firm expressly agrees to represent you and both you and the Firm sign a written engagement agreement.

To the extent the Firm provides legal advice during a paid consultation or document review, the attorney-client relationship is limited solely to the specific service purchased unless otherwise stated in a written engagement agreement.

Digital Products and Limited Services are provided to assist you, but the Firm does not guarantee any legal, business, or financial result. The suitability of any template, consultation, or revision depends on your specific facts and applicable law.

The Digital Products and Limited Services may not be appropriate for all jurisdictions or circumstances. You are responsible for determining whether the materials and advice are suitable for your needs and applicable law.

You agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes, and fees associated with your purchases. Fees for consultations and document revisions are earned as described at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Digital Products are typically delivered electronically immediately after purchase. Consultations are provided at the scheduled time, and document revisions are delivered within the estimated timeframe stated at purchase or communicated by the Firm.

Refunds are governed by the Firm’s Refund Policy. Unless otherwise stated, Digital Products are non-refundable after delivery, and consultations or revisions may be non-refundable once work has begun or the appointment time has been reserved.

All Digital Products and related materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Firm and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

Unless expressly stated, the Firm is not obligated to provide updates, additional revisions, or ongoing support beyond the specific product or service purchased.

Digital Products and Limited Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Digital Products or Limited Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Firm from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Digital Products or Limited Services, your modification of any template, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
